needs to meet the requirements.

Therefore, the following colleagues:

Graduate Engineer Martin Kamp (Technical Design) and
Stefan Thoenes (Manager Purchase)

will become Authorized Officers according to German law §53 Abs 1 HGB as of
01 August 2012. Thus, the course for the future is set to make the grade for quick acting.
