In January 2014, SCHAAF received the order from a large shipyard to equip a cruise liner with ExpaTen bolts and GripLoc couplings. The sister ship of the „Le Boreal“, the „L’Austral“ and the „Le Soléal“ (see picture) is going to be provided with the identical SCHAAF- equipment just like the predecessors. The ExpaTen bolts and GripLoc couplings, including the customised mounting accessory connect the main shaft segments of the ship drive. Since this is the 21st follow-up order of the client, it shows the valuation of the high quality of SCHAAF products.
