Lafarré Janina as an industrial manager, Tobias Böhm as a technical productdesigner, Sander Karew is training to become a cutting machine operator / milling machine systems and Berkant Kocakaya as a cutting machine operator / turning machine systems.

By doing so, SCHAAF emphasizes their philosophy of both creating jobs and enabling young colleagues access to work education, as well as ensuring sustainable highest quality within the company.
