Despite the tense economic situation, SCHAAF looks to the future with optimism. Due to the high demand and number of orders for newly developed products for the wind power and shipbuilding industries, investments were made in additional and more powerful production machines in addition to the expansion of the production area through Plant 2.

CNC processing machines for the construction of shipping and export boxes as well as 3D printers for development were also purchased. With a total investment of over 3 million euros, the machine park was expanded for the future. With a view to sustainable responsibility, investments were made in the development of reusable packaging solutions, where return transport is also environmentally friendly and volume-optimized.
